I need to make something clear...when I say something like "soccer isn't popular here in the US", I strictly mean that nobody WATCHES high-level soccer on TV. EVERY kid in America plays soccer growing up (ok, not every, but a LOT), everybody here is familiar with the game itself, it's just not watched on TV.

To answer your question bergkamp, no women's soccer isn't really that popular. I'd guess that slightly more girls/women play soccer, but not much.

Best leagues are in Europe, money talks.( Spain,England,Italy,Germany...)

Ill rephrase that... England, Spain, Italy, Germany..... since we all know the best and most competitive league is the english one.

Ok, that´s your opinion

It's not just his opinion

The spanish league has better 'footballing' teams, it is much better to watch as it is mostly all out attack, but none of the teams have a rock solid defense, except Barca(i cant find that c thingy :P) and maybe Real, thats why there is like, 20 goals every match

But competitively English football is better, not so good to watch but much more tactical and interesting. We also have the most annoying managers and players in our league

the german bundeslige is the only one where is not bankrupt.every club is solide. thats a big advantage for the future
in england are 2-3 clubs solide, rest is bankrupt,
same problem in spain and italia.
the best played football in moment is in spain, than in england ,than in germany than in italy.

competive managers and coaches are in every euorpean league

GOA wasn't saying German soccer is ruling the world. In fact, he said it's on spot No. 3.

Plus, I think he has a point when he says that German clubs are not as indebted as others, especially in England.

Steaua Bucharest has won Europen Cup in 1976, in a final against Barcelona. Also, Steaua has lost the European Cup in 1989, vs Milan. Steaua has also played a SF or Uefa Cup 2006. Extraordinary sportsmen we have and have had in Swimming(multiple actual and past world or european champions), gymnastics, canoe, athletics, tennis, handball etc... You don't want me to name all these...

Ah, i bet that even in culture(art, poetry), sciences or other things, Romania is better than Scotland. Want examples? :D I'm not arguing with you about whose country is better. I just expressed my sympathy for Barcelona and i expressed my dislike for Man Utd.

The point is u have NO RIGHT to slag anyones country off.

I only said romania hasnt done anything to see what u would reply and yes u want to continue this debate... and its just not right....

You continually rip the piss outta stuff that just shouldnt be allowed, sometimes you ARE funny, but sometimes you cross a line. And yet your not banned  you must be doing something right.
