I was expecting them to enter the Scottish Premier League under a new name and after a few years buy back the name Glasgow Rangers for a small amount (in comparison with the 165 million debt). Now at least they get really punished for their actions. It will be years before they get back to top level and even more years before they can purchase back their name and thus history.

They will never be able to buy back their history. They are truly dead. :D
Uefa have declared their history ended with liquidation and "The Rangers" are a completely new team. While the Scottish media are still saying the history will continue and are playing the fear monger card that Scottish football will die. The SFA are planning a new league structure to benefit "The Rangers" making it easier and quicker for them to return to the SPL.

They will return as quick as possible anyway. They have yet to be defeated in the league or in cups this year.

??? Drawing at Peterhead and at Berwick is not good. Its humiliating. Just because they pumped you boys last night doesn't make them, good. D3 in Scotland is 1 of the worst leagues in all of Europe and they can't win away from home

Still unbeaten though. And they win everything at home. :P

Plus, they are still getting TV money as well, since they got a deal with ESPN. It was funny, I remember looking through the channels and seeing the Shire vs Rangers on ESPN. Folk in America must have been like "Who the **** is East Stirling?!?!".

Yep.
The ESPN deal worth pennies? I doubt it. Well, in comparison to their deal with the SPL, but I would agree it's probably worth pennies with regards to other countries TV deals.

I blame Scottish football on both shit coaches and lazy as **** players. I think that is all that is stopping us from competing with better countries, like Wales or Ireland. :x

There is way 2 many reasons why our game sucks right now. We have what around 6million people living here. Glasgow and edinburgh being the most populated areas. Scotland produces the best coaches in the world. Fergie etc.. An look at the EPL most coaches are scottish. The tv deal with them is only a few games i think 5 on sky and 5 on espn. An its nothing compared to what the spl is getting.

As a national team we have a great young squad coming through and we are stronger than most people think. Just Leiven aint the man to take us forward

Where to put Ajax? Still three poules available but they can only be put in this poule cause the other two remaining teams have to go in the other two poules. And then in the last pot it was sure about 4 teams before Dortmund came out that they had to go to poule D.

And why? Because of money (tv scheduling)....
.

I agree to 100% .this was quiet ridicolous. The draw was completly cheeeeeese !!
THE DRAW PROCEDERE NEEDS AN UPDATE .

on the other hand we have a hell of a group-SUPER EXITING MATCHES IN GROUP D -
real madrid , man city ,ajax ,dortmund . wow
here in this group LEGENDS can be born !!
i cross my fingers for BVB DORTMUND;

70 minutes of the game was pretty dull. Real had really good chances in first half, but yeah last 15 was special with so much drama and excitement.

"The Rangers" also got knocked out of the ramsdens cup on penaltys. The ramsdens cup is a competition for the lower league teams. Great night of football. Muy bueno Hala Madrid

Mascherano=worst center ever. Just saying... Hes good defensive midfielder but as a center sucks.
If u have problems with a guy called Emenike and, in addition, Romulo's scores a goal, somethings going wrong.
