Uefa have declared their history ended with liquidation and "The Rangers" are a completely new team. While the Scottish media are still saying the history will continue and are playing the fear monger card that Scottish football will die. The SFA are planning a new league structure to benefit "The Rangers" making it easier and quicker for them to return to the SPL.
