Yep, just like Emate said - you get one replacement.
Make sure when you buy them you get a receipt with the name of the shoe on it, especially if it's Nike. I had a customer tell me that Nike wouldn't replace their shoes because the receipt I gave them only said "Men's shoe". A hand-written receipt was fine, as long as it was specific - which is strange since I could easily date the receipt back 5 months, 3 weeks, and 6 days.

I wouldn't do that, but I'm sure people some would.
Oh, and BTW: Some companies have been doing this for 20 years or so. Where have you been?
