they both are sad games. the real virtual football remains pes5 or, even better, its japanese version , we9. outstanding, try it guys. pes is kinda crappy...still too much messi-ronaldo-ibra oriented. a skilled player can keep the ball the whole match and there's still too much bitching with wings players + cheap rocket shooting. less than last year but heck, this should be the next gen... excellent idea to eliminate manual keeper, the most useful thing in the world at pro level (i mean in real tournaments, not vs cpu)

fifa has the sliding players, as always, and near to 0 choral play, with the 3 part of your team (def, mid and atk) whose men run in always the same direction, for example during a counterattack. as always, there's a too low interaction between the 3 parts. plus, when they finally could eliminate the effectiveness of cheeeeeap lob pass at 3 km/h, i'll be always grateful :P

football is another matter, those are just two games that looks like that sport.

My thought exactly

Concerning Fifa09 PC Version: they use the newest version of SecureROM. That means that
1. You have to register the serial at the publisher's site,
2. You can only install the game a few times (the pubilsher can decide and change it as often he wants)

So I don't know what they think about this new things. Imagine you cannot even borrow it to a friend or if you have to reinstall windows etc. or if you want to install the game in a few years it isn't possible anymore.
Besides I heard securerom can send all the information through the internet as well.

Well, I don't like the way it's going.

It seems to be the same there. But if they still sell it, they won't care and more and more publishers will use that kind of protection.

Sales of Spore dropped heavily and dozens pc gamers complained about it. Perhaps it affects the publisher's security habits.

Sure, it's a good game as much as I know. Yet there was lots of criticism.

The "good version" of fifa 09 is the realeased on x360. PC Version sucks like ever. ON PC I vote PES.
Become a legend mode of PES is really nice... Now I'm playing on Valencia FC ^^

Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.
