Heh. Okay there jayl0ve. Just looks grim for him right now.

I have to disagree. He's still looking lightyears ahead of everybody else, to me.

Agreed, and I honestly think he will win 3 of next years slams as well, if not definately 2. Federer will be number 1 for years to come.

Okay. I am not doubting this. I am just saying that I think that much effort is needed next year from him to keep up his grand slam saga.

Yes, ok Q, I agree with you there. Obviously he hasn't been playing QUITE up to his INSANELY HIGH standards lately. I don't think it's a matter of him not being capable of beating these people that he's losing to, it's just a matter of him really wanting to. Let's face it, the guy's had one of the most epic runs in modern tennis history- he's bound to be a little tired (mentally and physically) at this point. Give him a few weeks rest, and I can almost guarantee you he'll be blowing our minds next year, even more so than early/mid 2007. I don't think we've seen his best!

Yes. I think his win at the Masters Cup will move him on quite well in the start of the 08 season. I am a bit worried about him. However, you are right. Give him a chance.
