Postby mcfed » Tue, 07 Nov 2006 17:18

Vote please. My favourite is Mauresmo, Henin-Hardenne, Sharapova and Clijsters. But I think Mauresmo and Henin-Hardenne are the top favourites.

(But also Petrova). Its difficult to say. But I would give no chances to Hingis, Dementieva. Kuze, dont know.

Well,

if i am right, Sharapova has a good shape at the moment. So my nup-pup-vote is her.

I don't know how she is playing now ... but maybe Henin is my favourite for win, is not my favourite player of this list (I prefer that Hingis win for example), but I think Henin and Sharapova has more possibilities ...

But I'm a bit disconnected of WTA Tour lastly, and sincerely I don't know

@bloufo

about what curves are u speaking dude? :D

shara is flat like a tennis court and look at her face how ugly she is!
only her legs are good enough to win a price...

on the court she is one of my favourites to win the title of course!
clijsters win in the tnt final last days vs kanepi was a very good performance too so i think her and henin-hardenne also have good chances!

mauresmo i think wont do anything exciting in masters...

What? You're crazy!

As for tennis.. Sharapova too, though Henin may have a shot. I fear Mauresmo will do well, although I don't like her play at all.

Personally I agree with martin 8)
I don't think she looks really nice. I don't like her either. She is too arrogant.

About Petrova, she just won against Mauresmo, well, I don't like Petrova as well ( ). She always looks so angry. But she is also one of my favourite.

I'm a big fan of Maria and thus obviously she's my pick.

I completely disagree with Martin, IMO she's one of the prettiest women in the world.

Henin: She is the best big-game player on the women's tour. She always elevates her game when she is playing the best opponents.

It will be a hard battle though because so too does Sharapova. Mauresmo has finally started playing big matches well, too, but I don't think she could win 4 of 5 matches against top 10 players, she's bound to lose at least one more than that.

Clijsters is good, but with her coming back from injury again I don't see how she can keep up with all the top players for that many matches. She won't be able to be consistent enough

I would like Hingis to win as well, but she just doesn't have the power to compete with all these good players. Petrova, Dementieva, and Kuznetsova aren't consistent enough to have a chance.
