Hi. I've just installed the ITST mod 1.17 to my Tennis Elbow 2013 (downloaded from Steam) and I really like it. I've understood that you can't play carreer with the itst mod. Is that correct? My other questions are:

- Can I play a simple tournament against the computer with the itst? If so, how? Or can I only play online tournaments?
- How do I join online tournaments? I would appreciate detailed descriptions since I am very new with this game
- How do I create a player who I can improve ahead of the online torunaments?
- Can I switch back to the original game without the itst so I can play carreer mode whenever I want?

Some questions here might seem stupid, like I said, I am new and very blank in this area

Yes, that is correct.

ITST Mod has been developed for online gaming. You can play matches online and ITST Tournaments are played online against other members of the community. You can sign up for tournaments here:

See above. The Draw for the tournament will be released on the date the tournament starts. Then you know who your next opponent is. You contact him via Private Messages on the forum to schedule the match, that is, you tell your opponent when you can play the match (important to indicate a day and a time, like Monday 8 PM CET until 11 PM CET). Then you meet on ITST Chat:

- How do I create a player who I can improve ahead of the online torunaments?

Tournaments on ITST TE Tour are only played with the players given in ITST Mod. The stats are fixed and there is a so-called CRC Check guaranteeing that stats have not been altered.

- Can I switch back to the original game without the itst so I can play carreer mode whenever I want?

It is best to have two installations of TE on your PC: One with ITST Mod and one without it.

My next question is:

How can I have two installations of the game on the same computer? I installed the game through Steam. Then I downloaded itst 1.17, during the installation I placed it in Tennis Elbow steam folder. Is there a way where I can redo it or correct this so I can play both games?

The mod comes with a .bat file that allows you to run and play the game without the mod whenever you want to. No need for two installations.

Can't find that file type the steam folder for the game. Is it supposed to end with ".bat"?

It's the one that says "Run-ITSTMod", but first you have to delete the "Mods" text file. If that text file is there, it will always run the mod.

Ah I see... I can see the Run_ITST_Mod file. Great. The only file I can see that is a text document is called "System".

Is that the one I should delete? Do you mean that I simply delete it and put it in the trash?
After I do that, will the game ask me whether I want to start with ITST mod or not? Just wanna make sure that I do the right thing before messing things up I basically would like to have the option of playing the original game or the with the ITST mod whenever I want depending what mood I'm in

He meant "Mods.ini", not a text file, but .ini file.

Ok cool. So if I delete that one then I should be able to switch back and forth between the original game and the mod as I want?

To run TE vanilla version, there should be a file somewhere (in TE root folder, or on your desktop but it worked only with win7 for the installer to put a shortcut on the desktop, not with further Windows versions), named : Run_TE_Vanilla.bat
This file should run the game vanilla/unmodded.
