Great finals between Roger and Stan. I believe Roger has a chance to wrap another FO.

But i'm Betting on Rafa to win. Federer, Wawrinka and Gulbis won't do well imo. They don't have good clay court records
compared to Rafa and Novak.

Betting on rafa to win "goes out against david"
Fed and wawrinka won't do well "make it to final of comp"

Clearly not a betting man are we ROCK GAMER?

p.s "Gulbis won't do well imo." - Least you got this right. Then again, isn't this always right?

Regardless, this was a nice tournament, despite Gulbis's early departure.

Rafa losing in 2 sets on Clay to Ferrer? ...doesn't sound good for his Clay season.

Gulbis always departs early, are you not used to that yet?

p.s - Fed fadeaway? haha its his 3rd final of the year "one final he won in dubai" and that puts an end
in your mind to any major title hopes?

Actually, I'm affraid Djarvick Tennis IQ is high and therefore, even though I am a huge Federer fan, I'm afraid he is right. There is definitelly more hope than last year when his back didn't allow him to play and train 100 %, I'm afraid it will be reaaaaally tough, hard, difficult, choose the adjective that fits the most to you.

Cheers mate

I think Roger won enough Masters and this loss won't take a big tool at his confidence, although his performance in tiebreaks is a little worrying and it seems his energy drops much faster than before. Probably combination of age and crazy milage.
This victoy means a lot more for no.1 Swiss. So far 3 titles including GS and Master, not to mention impressive wins over Fed, Djoko and Rafa.
With Delpo again out of the picture, retired Soderling and pussies like Berdych, tennis needs someone who has game and belief to challenge the 4 musketeers.

Majors are best of 5, just want to throw this out there.

The only way I see Fed winning one is if he has an easy draw, avoids Rafa and Nole, and plays a surprise finalist.

It is possible, but then again, he can run into a hot young guy like Dimitrov that will outrun him for 5 sets, or Raonic that will win the tie breaks. Hell, even Gulbis in early rounds can knock him out.

Fed is still a damn good player, but the aura of invincibility and clutch performance is gone. And Fed won LOTS of matches precisely because of that, ability to intimidate and play well when it counts.

Terrible to read but so true...... Pretty damn good analysis for someone who watches Gulbis matches exclusively :-)

None of those adjectives fit me "mate".

What now?

If you were a federer fan, or heck... even just a tennis fan.

You would actually watch the players on tour, in this case Roger.

And you wouldn't come out with that nonsense you just did "mate".

"reaaaaally tough, hard, difficult,"???

Why is that "mate"?

Please give me some reasons to back this up. Anything?

"a hot young guy like Dimitrov that will outrun him for 5 sets"

Okay 1) you sound very gay
2) I didn't know anybody winning tennis games by out running players.

When has federer ever been out run in 5 sets and lost because he was out run?
Show this video proof?
