Never mind my message, I'll show respect by the rules I won't complain in public but I hope you guys realize this is very bad management in many ways.

It comes down to the fact that obskur was only available untill the 19th but the tournament wasn't even finished at the group stage at the time because our host wasn't active and didn't update the draw, and I get the blame for that ^^ the new host now told me that Another host already registered the result as an WO and that it can't be undone.

We must have all tournaments finished by the end of the year. It is paramount for our ranking system to function correctly.

If I take away one thing from this is that we should not be allowing extensions in early rounds, round robin in this event, as it ultimately hurts us later on. There were people who took over a week to make first contact and this is not acceptable.

We will be more on top of the deadlines in 2014.

What shouldn't be forgotten though is that ITST isn't the only way of communicating. It's not like there was no communication but it was on PSN. In my case I was also late with contacting my opponents, but I did contact the host about it and he agreed, and eventually I did play all my group stage matches one day after the deadline.

So I think the problem of this tournament was that the host wasn't active, not giving extentions. What I don't understand is that when I warn you that our host is inactive you don't respond to my message at all.

And all these things aside, I understand you need to update the ranking before the end of the year, but how can you ever decide to give a WO against me, I feel like I'm the victem of all the things that went wrong this tournament . IMO there where 2 fair options you could do: No match and split the points or a coinflip (no match would suck, i would prefer a coinflip)

Well, the only acceptable way to schedule the match is via ITST PMs, I thought this was clearly understood.

I received your message, but I was unable to follow up with the host. (Many reasons why)

BTW - I have not given a WO against you  but it's not the point. Believe me, this was not a decision aimed at you personally, just a "situation" that needed to be resolved for the sake of the site functioning correctly. I don't have all the details on why this decision was made, but I believe since we arrived at a "dead end" - the host had to back track all the steps that led to that same dead end. Not a practice we usually follow, but in this case we just had to get this done. Based on hosts findings, he made a decision.

Apologies and I take full responsibility for it. Promise we will get better next season.
