Rafa's game was too much for Federer

Nadal was good, not great. Federer sucking was the reason for the lopsided score.

Granted Federer will be better on grass/hard, but I hope he doesn't hang onto his career too long. Today was embarrassing.

Hahaha, don't worry Ali, i'm not a Federer hater .

I especially support Nadal (because i'm spanish ), but i also support other players like Djokovic, Federer, Gulbis, Youzhny, Llodra, Mayer, Gasquet, Murray, Monfils, etc... (except when they play against Nadal)

I always have thought that tennis isn't like football, basketball or whatever sport where people belong to one team and hate any other team that it isn't his team. It's funny how people say things like: "i follow Fed, so Nadal is awful and all his fans are retarded " or "i support Nadal so Federer is a poor old man".

Fed made an extensive set of unforced errors. Especially forehand?
His backhand got abused to badly and he couldnt get control of that abusrd topspin (who can).
For some strange reason, Fed also tries to power shot his way past a backboarding clay expert like Nadal which seems dumb.

I would like them to see play against each other at Wimbledon this year. Hopefully that will be a real battle. It's federer fault actually.. He doesn't come up with something new.. He keeps trying to play a "risk" tennis game which costs him defeat everytime.. Also when federer moves to the net he simply stands still and don't even move.. It's all psychological.. Federer is too much overpowered by nadal psychologically that he can't overcome it until he goes on a winning streak against rafa like Novak did.. (Which is impossible)

Me too, actually both guys play really well on grass, and all their matches on that surface have been super matches, on clay Nadal has no rival and on hard court Fed is slightly better than Nadal.( according to the stats, 6-5 for Federer)

They've played only 3 times on grass but WOW all of them were Wimbledon finals, Fed won 2 Rafa 1

4 of those 6 wins have been indoors, the Miami 2005 final he won on experience and Indian Wells 2012 conditions were so that the bounce was lower, so his gameplan against Nadal could work there. So, on Indoor Hard, 4-0 for Federer and on Outdoor Hard 2-5 from Federer's point of view.

Awesome stat, really i don't want to start a fight again but Nadal deserves much respect, his numbers are GOAT numbers. You can say he's boring to watch, no talent, defensive style, moon balls...whatever, but the stats are there and they're impressive.
Between Federer and Nadal there's no rivalry, if you have 20 wins and 10 defeats against someone, that guy is not a threat for you.
When Nadal started playing and reached the number 2 and got his 1st RG everybody though he was gonna be another Kuerten, Coria, Muster, meaning that he was only be capable to get results on clay but guys the King of clay courts beat the GOAT on grass at Wimbledon to get his 1stmajor on grass, and beat him again in Australia to get his 1st major on hard court and when nobody thought he could win in NY....ta-dah!! he made it.
Yes yes of course Wimbledon was slower, and the balls used were slower, and NY was much slower than playing in the sand etc and Australia is not a real hard court because is super slower blablabla...excuses.

Not saying Federer is not the GOAT (stats are there as well), just saying that Nadal is getting closer, and face to face he's better than Federer, we can not discuss that (20-10), and not exhibition mathes, they've played finals on any surface.

Federer has better FH, better volley, better serve, better slice etc than him, but man Nadal's mentality is ....well like Gulbis said once :
