It's the first challenger of the year! Ok people! We asked for it...now here it is...the first Challenger tournament of the year in Heilbronn, Germany 20. We need MORE signups so that we can keep tournaments like this for players still experimenting with setups to become better. All is needed is 32 signups ...even if we have to recruit more people to the site. I've even created a guy just to participate and support the tour. TS4 people, come on and compete. Top players are excluded from these events so this is your chance at a title! Tournaments begins Jan 21st!

I just joined ITST 5 days ago, I just signed up for the Dallas, TX challenger event. What is the difference between a challenger event and the world tour? Do your result points from matches played still count towards your standings?

Challenger events are exclusively for players ranked outside the top 20 on the Men's tour here at ITST. The points you gain playing these tournaments are attributed to your overall ranking. You gradually begin climbing the rankings as you win while competing. Once you're ranked number 19 or above you can no longer play Challengers...only regular ITST tour matches.

Thanks for the quick replay, I get it now. I must of had brain fart last night, ur format is just like real tennis players working their way up thru challengers etc, before getting into the grand slams, Indian Wells etc?
