Hi guys. Both of these tournaments are open for sign-up.

Once again, the Challenger carry more points while the Future is perfect if you need to build your confidence.

Choose wisely :P

Good luck everyone!

iBullet91 (Murray) - djarvik(Tipsarevic) R16 4-6, 6-3, 6-1

I started out great breaking in first set and running away with it. I then broke in second set and was up 2-1 with the serve. But then the "weather" changed and I lost my timing on serve and ground stroke, the confidence followed. iBullet91 was visibly flustered in the first part of the match, but seeing me struggle gave him an opening, and he took it. Well done from my opponent, pressuring me and not giving me any looks. He turned around the match and ran away with it.

Marco_Theo_81 ( Ruggerio Federizzi ) - Sprock_93( Almagro ) Quarter 6-4, 6-4

After passing the first round with a walkover winning by tossing the virtual coin against Edy Double D ( to much desync ), I faced my italian fellow citizen for the quarter.

Very impressive was his result against Vlad. So I really knew, this match would be very hard.
And it was!!

I breaked him immediately in his first game, was leading 3:1 and 30:40 in the fift game. But then he played very very good, he changed his style from the baseline to the net. Impressive volley skills with a non volley player. From here I had indeed not more the possibility to break him, but my game remained sure, never had problems to keep my service. I was very sure in my service. No break for him. So the first set ended 6:4, just with that initial break.
Also I like to mention, that in the beginning he served very slow, without curves/slices. Was very strange, but also very easy to return in my opinion.

So, then the second set was an odyssey, he started well with quick 1:0 lead, then the mana server went down. We had to wait over 45 minutes, to restart from 6:4, 1:0. Here I thought either he lost his rhythm or I will after that longer break. But wasn't so. We played very constantly till 4:4, here I was able to break him again to the result 5:4, and the tenth game was last one, I also brought easy my last game at home. So final score like written above 6:4 6:4.

Grazie per la partita Gaetano :)

Hope to reach my first final in ITST, but first I have to be decisive in the semi final. I do not know my opponents yet, both have to play their quarter first.

My wish is, that I can reach the final and that TDBchess would also reach it, so I can have my rematch after my recently loss in our semi final!!
Prépare toi, mon ami, cette fois je suis sûre, notre jeu va être plus difficile!!

ciao ragazzi
Grande Roger, il numero uno al mondo!!!
