Murray v Federer.

Talk about anything related to the ATP and WTA tours.

As if those are the only two options...

Look at how Tsonga celebrates or deals with a loss. That's how it's done.

Doing pirouette jumping on the court while flexing his arms? Looks pretty dumb imo.

i like what Petkovic does, the Petko dance

You can shed a tear, but sobbing into the mic? Running of the court to mommy?

I see you have obviously never lost 4 Grand Slam finals.

It's far preferable to flopping over like a fainting woman.

funny, Nadal has won 7 RG and Federer 7 Wimbledons, wondering who will end his career with more

Hockey? Basketball? Rugby? Or any individual sports? Boxing? Golf?

Why is this normal in tennis?

 I think I'd have to turn the TV off if a boxer cried after losing.

There aren't many other sports (any?), where you have to stand there, alone, after losing, and give a speech. I don't like to see it, but I'm not sure there are any really good comparisons. Boxers at least have their team surrounding them.

BTW: I can't remember the last time I saw someone have to hit so many overheads in a match - in a TS4 match, we'd get complaints if someone lobbed as much as Murray did. :P

Even Djokovic celebrates better.

Crying after a loss? :? Break some frames or kick the linesman, but don't cry, you are not 12 Andy.

Absolutely true, always, and not only the players, many fans ( myself included, just once when Spain lost against Italy in QF , World Cup 1990) cry after losing an important match

Honestly now, i think The Mutant played a lot better tahn he did in his previous 3 GS finals. At times he was the attacking one. Unfortunately, Federer was too good and the Brit was a little bit behind him.

Murray crying is quite natural. These guys spend their life for tennis and obviously it hurts when they don't get what they want. Soo it's insane to say that Murray crying was unsporty. Tennis is an individual game so these guys have to bear all the burden by themselves. Football n basketball requires teamwork soo they have rest of their team members to cheer them up. I ve seen loads of time football players crying in world cup and in UEFA. remember these are humans not machines lol
It's easy to talk from distance but from these players perspective they dedicate all their life to sport soo it obviously brings tears to their eyes when don't get what they want after working hard and dedicating all their life to it
