Mayer is owning Gasquet right now.

Does Cilic have the worst forehand in the game or what?

Last two sets were Murray at his finest, especially the serve.

I actually like his forehand. It is far from worst. Lose grip, simple motion. A bit of a hitch mid way, but otherwise a VERY solid stroke.

BTW - I think Ferrer is playing great on grass. If he closes DelPo he can give Murray some trouble. Andy will have to hit through the ball a lot more then he did with Cilic. Then comes Tsonga (should he get through Fish). Talking about a tough draw

Cilic hit a lot of errors and speed was rather low.

Tsonga is 2-1 sets and a break ahead, he should pull through.

And as much as I am rooting for Kohli, against Tsonga it's a different story than who he played this far. Djokovic vs Mayer is a semi-walkover for me. Ferrer looked strong but Murray is better on grass.

All matches suspended except Centre Court of course and Serena won the 1st set rather easily.

Well, they never played each other on Grass, but David got him the last two times they played, Including the WTF on a fast hard court. Granted, grass is not a hard indoor court, but it is fast. More so this year. It really compliments Davids strokes. Murray wont be able to consistently beat him with defense and he wont get many errors from David. I see a very frustrating loss for him, with lots of errors of that Forehand :P

Cilic simply didn't recover. He won his previous match with his forehand. Specifically serve followed by a forehand. It is his best shot. The backhand is too busy for my taste.

I can't help it but Lisicki needs to get her brain checked. Saves 3 match points in set 2, wins the tie break, is up 5-3 serving for match and then loses 5-7 against a pusher who takes no risks on big points. Pathetic.

You can't be seriouuus, the best Gran Slam of the year has just finished, it's Roland Garros.

My favourites

1) Wimbledon ( hands down )
2) Australian Open
3) Roland Garros
4) US Open

To be honest Wimbledon is, by far, the best one:
- Respectful crowd
- the oldest tournament ( i think )
- the grass courts ( there're few tournaments on grass, that makes Wimbledon special)
- no courtside sponsors ( haven't checked this year though )
- all white rule
- the atmosphere is amazing, the sound of the ball is special, in my opinion
- talking about the tradition, just noticed last year that at Wimbledon they have draws for gentlemen and ladies rather than men and women, just an example.
