Conspiracy!

I think all the players (other the Rafa, Roger and Nole) decided to "go all out" against these guys and hope one of them will have a good day and knock them ALL out of the tournament.

Can you imagine Roger losing today and Djokovic tomorrow?

Personally, I think it will be great for tennis, very exciting!

do you really think that?, i can't believe the roof closed can have that influence

btw i don't know if Beneatteu will finally make it but not in straights , that's for sure.

Same here, roof does NOT make that big of a difference. Its not like these guys see the roof closing and think: "ouuup! That's my cue! Let hit the sh!it out the ball now!"

All the upsets for now were because of hard hitting players on what seems to be the fastest grass in a few years. This is what Grass matches should be....heck, this is what hard court matches should be like as well! I love this kind of tennis.

yes especially with the conditions today. very windy outside. know way he makes all the big shots without the controlled environment.

also the roof closed helps with the serve, don't have to worry about environment.

there is no way in my mind that if they didn't close the roof, rafa would have one yesterday

I agree with al, I love these conditions. its how grass should play.

but playing indoors vs outdoors is completely different. I do think the roof helps a lot.

Beneatteu is playing better, that simple, we tend to think that guys like Rafa, Federer are cyborgs, they can have bad days guys

btw Benneteua will choke in my opinion, Federer has more weapons than Rafa "on grass" to solve these kind of situations

Yes that's his best surface, doesn't mean he can be beaten on it. I mean I'm taking nothing away from benneteau, he is playing brilliantly but I just can't see him doing it in outdoor conditions

Benneteau was playing at 90% and Fed was playing at 50% and this is what happened.

Fed has finally woken up.

You are likely correct here.

I say Likely, because I think Fed would have gotten affected by wind just as much. Wind conditions count more when rallies are longer. Shorter rallies are less affected, mathematically.
