Good news. Is there any way to attract the more hardcore players from Managames to join our tour?

I think that many don't know this game. In last week i showed it to 3 my italian friends and they have joined the tour immediately. So i think that we should promote our tour to others people that don't know it.

P.s. We can play barcelona and Bmw tournament in official barcelona and Bmw court of sam patch for more realism. In 2d the visual looks good.

i have read a post on managames forum, and there is a question of a tournament player that ask:Manu please explaine to me..what is ITST? i see some people using that in the game..and how to make it? ?and the answer was: it's people playing with Sam Patch and a few other modifications.

They don't know this beautiful community

Maybe we should start a topic on ManaGames forums and let them know about our tour.Would that be against the managames forum rules referring to another site?

Wonder why all the first round matches were walkovers?

Played my 2nd round today with D.Ornelas.

Lots of desyncs. Strangely they didn't occur on my (host's) service, but only during his games. The usual annoyances come from this - makes it damn near impossible for him to serve well or for me to return well (cos you have to keep moving about, which means you get aced a LOT).

Anyway, decent match with some good rallies. He hit a couple of amazing passing shots. Wawrinka's backhand vs Federer's forehand was a nice matchup, but I used some slices to disrupt him from hitting winners everywhere.

One other strange thing. Both of our serves were too powerful. And our CRC numbers didn't match the ones listed on the forum. Stats were set to free mode, so I've no idea why.

The problem is they have a rule wich enforce the players of managames official tour to play only this tour. Tour mods seems to value and stick to this rule, meaning if they spot a member playing also ITST tour, they may ban him.. a bit stupid rule if you ask me especially when both tours will have very different settings.

ManuToo explained me this rule some days ago when i was creating an online game with ITST advertising ( "intertopspintour.net itst tour" as comment), asking me to remove it ( wich i did ).

Seems silly since the ITST tour has got more people to buy the game.

Strange thing. the last match i played with Ugadalou, we both had the very last build and we had the good CRC's.

Be sure to reinstall again the last build, because there was a bug in the CRC display ( check Manutoo post in the players CRC thread : http://www.intertopspintour.net/forum/v ... hp?t=16487 )

manutoo wrote:Doh, there was a bug in the CRC display...
I fixed it & re-uploaded the patch & demo... There's 1 good thing : CRC number is a bit shorter now..! ;)

So he did a quick update and reuploaded the last build (but didnt changed the build number). Maybe that's why you had a problem if you didn't played with the same update (?).

As for desyncs, don't hesitate to recreate the game one or two times to test if it goes better. The first time i created with Ugadalou, we had desyncs on every serves / points, so we stopped after the first game, and after creating again, we played 3 sets with almost no desyncs at all (maybe 3-4 desyncs in the whole match only)

Getting pretty tired of doing a fresh reinstall every time I want to play a match!!!

Good advice though - next time I get desyncs, I'll try to recreate.

yep.. it's pretty annoying i agree.

About the desyncs, yesterday we player our match, winth San99.
At first, i couldn't even serve, there was always a desync on my serve or San99 return, i was nadal and he was delpo. We restarted one or two times but without success. Then we just wondered if this had something to do with serves anims (as i didnt picked nadal before), so i picked Davydenko and we tested, on the same court (monte carlo) : same issue, multiple desyncs. Then we tried to change the court, roland garros court, and bingo, almost no desyncs (only sometimes on his serve and i had to move a bit left/right). After this i picked nadal again, still on RG court, and we could the play our match in decent conditions (though still some desyncs on San99 serve but not that much).

Really wondering what is faulty, courts, serve anims.. and why sometimes it's desyncing all the time, and some other time we can play almost flawlessly..

Ah interesting thing about Roland Garros. We played our match on this court too with Elio, and we had no desync. When he previously hosted @ Barcelona, it was unplayable.

After that, I thought it was because he hosted. But maybe that's the court !

Not sure really , after that we played again on monte carlo court, but with different players (del potro, fish) and it was almost desync free.. really weird and difficult issue to investigate..

Still changing court, re-creating multiple times worth a try to get rid of desyncs.

I think if it was that easy (animations, courts etc.), that the Desync problem would have been solved by manutoo already. Unfortunately it seems more complex. Look for example at this part from the Full Documentation on the game:

Desynchronization:

Sometimes, when you play online, you'll see the message "Desynchronization detected". It means your game and your opponent game lost their synchronization, and different things happened on your computer and their computer. In such case, the games will be resynchronized, and you'll have to replay the point.

In case you have a lot of desynchronizations (ie: more than 1 every 5 points), it may mean that you and/or your opponent installed a Mod that changes the way the game engine works, or that your game installation got corrupted. In such case, you and/or your opponent must remove any installed Mod & restart Tennis Elbow, or uninstall then reinstall Tennis Elbow, to be able to play Online normally again. This trouble can occur also when you and your opponent have 2 very different CPUs (for example, 1 Intel & 1 AMD, or 1 recent Intel & 1 old Intel).

A console version would be perfect, but I don't think it is profitable for manutoo and a lot of work is involved in such projects (even if it is just a PSN or Xbox Live Arcade game).
