yea i readed that but thats just to complicated by just excluding welch and restrict power it's much more simple i didn't even participate 2 that cuz i see a whole page of rules.. i can think of about 6 players now who would participate for this purpose if us 7 would get 9 more u have a draw right?

Yes, Welch is unlocked after putting 18 into DBL. Since you're missing out on the Lv 19 FH/BH bonus (+5), he would have a combined wing of 163.

Highest possible wings are 180.

Alternatively you could put 2 points into S&V, then your wings would be 168 at Lv 20 with Welch.

Lol there's no point in this these suggestions won't have any effects but if you aks me your right about max power 90, I don't really have a problem with volley so for me there is no need in restricting that..

I do think speed should be restricted to 90(1) because it's the defender/opposite (don't really know how to explain in english) of high power. Also I don't like to see welch players go with 85 85 wings and 100 speed and also 65 reflex Slavina, which must be, based on djarvik's formula the best way to play short cross control shots (wings most important, then speed and then reflex).

For the max wings I still think it's a little much, no need to restrict wings but something has to be done with the welch issue, I like both ideas of banning him or only to lvl 18, altough I think the 2nd option will make things confusing.. Adding 2 lvl's to S&V seems no option because you will still get 84 for both wings.
