Bottom line - he submitted a complaint about a player, that player happened to record a match and submit a video evidence to us. Berson's complaint was VERY specific. Upon review of the recording, not only his complaint was completely made up, but he himself is breaking the rules in that video. Hence he is suspended for 2 weeks.

Submitting false reports as well as false match scores are the worst violations in ITST.

This was written by Djarvik as why MrBerson was suspended from ITST.

maintain my position that you are a cheater like Sh0case. you play without update so you can hit the ball with more power and more angle.
You have a strategy to do that. at the evidence you play like before the update.

It is a shameful to do that to all the itst players.

Hosts you can ban Sh0case and Fifa tee i don't know if there are other cheater but thesze 2 guys must banned.

This has been said by Tdbchess but unlike he said he provided no evidence and even now after you guys trashed Fifa Tee and Sh0case and probably make them invite you guys or wait at the pratice court or go to WT or whatever the **** you guys make them do they are still beating everybody on the Xbox Tour and on the PS3.

So i ask ITST management to do the right thing and suspend tdbchess for false complaints.

I think the difference is this was made as a post and not an official complaint to the hosts.
You could argue wether this is really any different or not.
I just see this as slanderous and I don't think he should be punished for this.

Someone needs to ban tdbchess anyway, againsr dionl1993, he quit after the end of the 2nd set complaining of lag, and rejoined the game from the dashboard with a prepatched player. Hence why dion won the first 2 sets and tdbchess cheated to win the second 2sets and like against me, he still lost while cheating

i don't want to get paranoid over a game that if an ITST user is using a pre-patched player (i don't even know the way how to do it).

I ll just play my ITST matches and if my opponent does or did that, then its just lame and sucks big time. I m just saying and i m not accusing anyone of doing it to avoid misunderstandings.

Botton line: some people will do anything that passes from their hand to win a friggin video game

Hi to all. I almost never write in the forum but this discussion is very interesting. I have played against sh0case in the Australian's QF and i stopped the match in the second set because he used constantly glitch return during the rally to neutralize my power and make me, in automatically way, run back. Also there was a constantly use of drop shots (but rules still exist?)and his power is too high when shoot my heavy balls (he has 59) so i think that is so strange. I told him in the second set that i would make a video because that way of play was unfair. And for the rest of match he did not use only glitch. I win third set but unfortunately match was compromised.

I'm sorry but administrators should be more attentive to the many compliants about these players. (Sh0case etc etc).

In supp of the 3 musketersv shocase, Loki, FIFA...u cannot hate on the plyrs pls. U hv to hate the game. Supermassy this glitch return which forces my plyr bk and random ultra high power corner angle shots are a joke I totally agree and i feel like smashing my controller....but ths is not their fault. They r plying within itst rules.

Ts4 is a shit game and after the updates hs becum worse. Ppl to blame here ar 2k...updates hv not been tested enuff.

I feel tht djarvik u shud ask 2k to consider rebalancing the game to mk it fair for othr setups when plyin Welsch.

There is no thing as a glitch return during the rallies...

As to the drop-shots i really doubt he abused it against you.

LOL look whos talking about glitch return! Sorry but in our match yesterday you were full of glitch top spin deep returns in order to counter my 100 power serve! You won in details 6-4, 6-4 with 5-6 points total difference making one break in every set because of your glitch top spin deep return. Not to mention the 40 aces you made with your super duper cheat 98 power & serve style. In straight points you dont have a chance. I text you right after the match and told you that you were boring and cheasy and you answered to make more training! Training to what?to glitch returning or 98 power and serving? And shortly after you deleted me from xbox live friend. Nice attitude...

I didnt want to post anything in the forum, but i cant see you post "fair" messages and blaim players for glitching the moment that you also used this in crucial moments of my serve in order to make break...Sorry? And for letting you know, i reported our match...

lies. You did this exactly many times and i automatically went back in my serve because in crucial moments you wanted to take the point and make the break. You USED IT because it was hard for you to counter my 100 power serve and then you took advantage of point using your 98 power. Dont lie please...And your message for me to do training was terrible. I also want to improve the site, i dont want controversy...

I dont care about my loss. But you already have a super powered player that is debatable, dont make it worse playing weird please...

Here the problem is the players such as iluv, sh0case etc etc. I accept all styles but within itst rules. Considered many compliants on these players and my direct testimony i think that we need an administrator's response.

I did 1 dropshot all match, and that was a winner. I didn't glitch return constantly, it happened 3-5 times in the match from what I remember and it wasn't intentional at all. I mainly sliced returned (85%) of the time. I don't believe hitting a deep shot down the middle is a glitch return in a rally, I did it sometimes but not constantly. I was the aggressor in a lot of rallies within my first 3 shots. As I told supermassy on xbox, upload the video and show it to the host and feel free to include it in a topic. I'm not suprised by his reaction to such a loss TBH but I played fair. The funny thing is he won a set due to frequently slice serving and he attempted to do a deep shot down the middle to 'force my player back' but I have no hesitation playing inside the court/finishing at the net.. If I recorded the match I'd upload it myself but I didn't.

i recorded the match after second set and after i told that u were playing badly. After my advice you have played within rules and in fact the match was a little bit changed (1 set to head). So you can say what u want but in the first set and in second set you played constantly glitch return and no deep balls. With glitch, your defensive way is easy to do.
So if there's no problem for administrators no problem for all, gg and good luck!
