I am also 99% sure that Shot Counter works against serves, because my returns are notably better when using it.

So I guess the ultimate cheese build would be 0-12-8 or 0-8-12 and Pei. Just put 4-0 on FH to have it in the red on both builds.

With everything else being (almost) equal I don't think the extra speed and reflexes matter much so it's 0-12-8 then.
