Is it necesy that only one player will be a pre-patched one.. What If both players are prepatched in one match??

No it's possible if there were two it would just be two pre patched players. Basically just look at the things that were changed in the patch, consider them undone and that's a bit what a pre patched player would look like. In essence it makes Rabari a monster all over again as he was at that time. Power players with lower wings can still get great angles similar to a DFB plus have much more power. Also the stamina fix is undone so players will be faster for longer and in my opinion this is typically the most noticeable trait of the glitch.

The possible resolutions I would see could be any of the following:
1) ITST Staff figures some TRUE workaround to this aside from a good faith game launch into the World Tour hoping for the best.

2) 2K just completely gets rid of the balancing updates. A lot of players from the past would probably love this and it would probably be their easiest solution. The game would become a bit less SIM but at least everything would be fair and settle down a bit.

3) 2K either eliminates the possibility that a player can even be allowed into a match without the update, or just makes the update occur when you start your game therefore you are forced by XBox or PSN to update and keep it that way. I think I'd hope to see it done this way.

4) No clear fix is determined. No solution is deemed necessary by 2K and this tour either quickly scatters into obscurity or ITST completely shuts it down and focuses on the next tennis release.

Just to re-iterate what I said earlier this is a massive issue and in agreement with Avanish Patel that tournaments need to be stopped, the sooner the better until an "official" fix is our into place - as billval said there are 4 options.

Option 1 for me is not sustainable, it is prone to too much error and administration to make it feasible. New members would have to be educated and people would always find an excuse post match and false accusations about what actually went on - a nightmare for management and not the streamlined competitive environment that an entity that is ITST is used to.

Option 2 agreed that whilst not perfect it means we are back to an even playing field and arguably will welcome back many players whilst upsetting the update comfy and established new breed. If the developers cannot fix and correct Option 3 and can therefore "remove all updates" then so be it.

Option 3 is arguably ideal as this is what the vast majority of members and management rallied towards with 2k to fix i.e. update after update etc.

Option 4 is a disaster and personally I have faith in ITST to rally, placing the accountability on the developers to sort this mess. Even if they are not financially driven to fix because TS4 sales are poor, mature, static or whatever you want to call it fact is that they have an obligation to their customers and failing to deliver this after sales service will dramatically reduce their credibility as a gaming producer - so my assurance is that they will act.

Going back to the whole Fifa and Shocase debate, I think people need to let that one go because since the last update it has affected EVERYONE either directly or indirectly who plays ITST TS4. It is not all about the top players, it is about the community and what affects the community as a whole going forward, that's what matters. It's sad that I or many others cannot respect any rankings, titles or results since this issue but it is what it is. So everyone can re cement their legacy or fueds on abilities and justice once the issue has been 100% tested and then communicated.

I personally think the Australian open should be stopped now with all other mini tournaments and resume in 2 weeks, 1 months, 2 months or whatever it takes.

The atmosphere wasn't good before that story happened, but with that, it seems that it becomes worst and worst ^^

Dont think it makes sense to ply Aussieye open with these issues opn. I think solution 2 is best. Go back to no updates. Like the gme was the day it was launched.

Maybe not a bad idea, because I'm starting to have paranoia. Tonight I and zguen played an ITST match (he invited, I proceeded as I suggested above) and since I won the first three games easily I thought "I hope he is just rusty and it has nothing to do with that glitch..." and it turned out that he was just rusty in the beginning. I'm good at identifying the differences between playing with the new balancing and initial balancing, but I don't want to have to think about it while playing an ITST Match.
