I really don´t know how to do it, although i accidentally make it sometimes. When it happens against you, just start to cry... :angry

You lose any chance to attack in the 3rd ball.

is it possible for the staff to give us a clear rule about FH power slice or power slice in general for the regular tour please?

is it ok to use it in a defensive position when you run after the ball?

is it cheesy to use it when the rally is stable and nobody has the advantage? for example a short power slice to force the opponent in the court or a very long one on the baseline.

is it cheesy to use it 3/4 times in a row to generate a timing error and get a weak ball to attak?

is it cheesy to use it for an obvious winner attempt?

Seeing that you're talking about the regular tour, all the above is allowed.
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

A lot of people consider it cheesy to abuse the slice, but it's not something we're going to make a big deal about on the regular tour.

If you've ever seen a real tennis match, you know the slice is flawed in most tennis games - if you really want to be fair, and have a reputation as a fair player, then don't abuse the flaws.

Ok, i know forehand slice is prohibited in the SIM tour, but i just watched Del Potro against Simon, and in a number of occasions Simon did forehand slice once, twice, sometimes maybe three times a point(even when he was on a good position to try a flat or top spin shot).

Just saying that pros also do it especially against hard-hiters(sometimes when playing a guy with IR i use slices cause if i dont he´s gonna smoke me with crazy power shots), i dont even do forehand slice, only when im on the run and streching to hit the ball.

See above. Slice is kinda broken on TS4, especially fully charged forehand ones. A precision FH slice on the run will be a kind of desperate squash shot which will make for a easy volley.

Interesting actually, because a lot of times when you see someone like Roger miss the squash defensive slice, it's because they're trying to hit it juuust over the net, and then it just goes into the net. They know the shot will be a floater, so if they keep it super low over the net, the volley is actually quite difficult.

glitch return is an "evil magic" way to return that forces the server to walk back about 3/5 meters behind the baseline in a very unrealistic way.

short crosscourt is fine. pm me if you need some explanations about the rules in french
