Can we PLEASE get a patch?

Why can't 2k just make it impossible for people to serve from outwide? or make the accuracy of those serves, regardless of rating much more inaccurate.

Can we please make defensive drop shots IMPOSSIBLE, as in, if you hit a drop shot running behind your baseline, it will go into the net EVERY time, regardless of drop shot artist skill.

Can we also get the speed fixed?

It's infuriating playing someone with 40 speed and hitting 4 or 5 perfect control shots around the court, getting to them and then hitting it back with purchase.

Stamina needs to count. Too often after a long rally people who try and hit winners don't get punished. I see people with no stamina hitting slice shots back full power with flat shots.

I think there are a couple thing that needs to be tuned, as they don't make sense.


Also, is there anyway to boost internet connections or for 2k to host the WT games?
Whenever someone else hosts, especially if they're from somewhere far away like Chile, the connection lags.
I know it's not mine because when I host it's always very good.

Last night I lost 5 games due to lag... it's very frustrating.

Anyone else have any suggestions for a patch? and can Djarvik pass this on? These are old issues and it'd be nice to be able to play a game that's a bit more balanced.

and btw i believe lag is shared, every time someone complained about lag after match, it was a laggy match for me too

Whenever im playing in the WT and not lagging and i beat some of the ´´top`` ranked players they send me 5 hate messages saying im a noob and have the worst connection in the world.

I assume it's whoever was in the lobby first who hosts, so the person who serves first in the match is the host?

I may be wrong.

And valid point, it could lag for others, but when I am on the receiving end of lag, I message my opponent and complain and they say it was a bit laggy while mine was chopping all over the screen...

I may ask everyone who I play if they had lag.

I would really prefer though there be a limit to how far out you can stand before you serve and for drop shots to be fixed though.

Also, can we get more accessories and things for players? Surely 2k get paid to advertise these people's latest tennis gear?

It should be free!

No need to pay for that stuff... I pay for clothes that I can wear in real life. I expect the clothes to be free on a game, but it's in 2k's interest to drum up interest in TS4 with the looming presence of Grand Slam.

If one player is experiencing lag, the other is too.
FACT.

Doesn't matter who is 'hosting' the game. The connection is as fast as it can be between both players.
