Because I wanted to briefly just once in the tournament schedule / draw stop by and read it at once ...

dionl1993 under this name here 'Walkover'

I personally find something .......* * Well not comment further information ...

and just because you are online at different times ... I just flew out and just because I could not answer on dedline day.

But ok, so the budgetary rules, but just wanted to get my frustrations here omit.

Wait I do not understand what you are saying....... your opponent got a walkover because you were online at different times?

I don't understand what U were trying to say....sorry not to sound rude. U agree to a time and U both show up at different times and he got the walk-over cause U were on a plane and U responded that U couldn't play cause it was the deadline and U were on a plane? I'm lost on this one... :?

See comment above and then see this thread:

Lets assume you contacted me via PM as you should have.

Here is my answer:

Based on communication below between you and your opponent, he had offered you time of play and you have not responded. Hence he gets a WO. Case closed.

28 Jul'11 - 18:31:13 - dionl1993 --> NiCo Der Lino0o:

Subject: match
will you be available to play anytime tonight?

28 Jul'11 - 21:24:03 - NiCo Der Lino0o --> dionl1993:

i didn't see this message till now sorry. hopefully we can play tomorrow 6pm CET ?

A situation like this ALWAYS will result in a WO for a player attempting to schedule exact times. I don't care if you literally online 24 hours a day dont sleep and wait for your opponent. If you didn't setup the exact time - he is not obligated to show up.

Most of us have lives beyond gaming. Scheduling exact times is paramount to ITST running smoothly. If you happened to have more time to play then your opponent - Great!...try and adjust to his schedule.

And OuiMr Berson, before you :roll: make sure you know the facts. Since I am the host of this tourney, I take this :roll: as a jab at my decision making. And I dont appreciate it.

Oh, what it looks like ... once or not timely responded just been online and you're out of the tournament ... not bad ... but well I think because of my part and it is good :roll: :wink:

Dude, he just told you why. It is rays fault, NOt djarvik, since his opponent tried to set up an exact time..... it is clearly written in the rules.
