[Q] How do i add a Forum Signature?

I made a custom picture, not sure what sizes are allowed (height/width/size in kb)

On the Profile edit page, theres a box, but don't know what to put in there?
do i have to upload it somewhere else or hyperlink it from somewhere.?

it worked lol...
used "tinypic"
uploaded, file type "image"
resize "default" (original size i used was 400x100px)
copy and pasted the "IMG" link into Forum Sig box in edit profile.
