Level 10 Edberg

After realizing I had attained the elusive Level 7 Edberg, I wondered: Will anyone ever reach Level 10? Is it possible to reach Level 10, and does it really even exist?

Q Reese came the closest of all who dared try - but with only 67 posts to go, fate intervened, and no one has heard from him again.

Now, at a pace that would make Mama Reese proud, Djarvik is closing in on the hallowed Level 10. At his current rate of 8.44 posts/day, he will reach Level 10 on November 12th. Does he dare tempt fate even further, increase his intensity, and reach Level 10 on 11/11/11? :shock:

Will he do it? Can he do it? Or will he suffer the same fate as Q Reese, and disappear from ITST, forever stuck in the empty void between Level 9 and Level 10?

It doesn't exist....until somebody attains it I'm just going with 'it doesn't exist'.

Maybe it's like the last level of Pac Man...you can get there but things start getting extremely weird at that point

i finally understand, oh brethren.

may we all truly comprehend the dichotomy that is reaching Level 10 Edberg.
although the fulfillment and ecstasy of being L10E probably knows no bounds, it comes at a steep price: the complete surrender of the life you once thought you had.

similar to the corollary "once you go black, you never go back."
except this one's not true.
