im pretty sure that wont happen. the whole point of davis cup is to play for your country not somebody else's.

The people on the team who play are the one, two, and three. When we play another team our one will play their one... our two will play two... and our three will play their three... then if the match is not decided our one will play their two, and our two will play their one to decide it. Each match win is worth a point and the first team to get 3 points wins.
