Connecting to TS4 server

I've been having lots of issues staying connected to TS4 server when trying to play online matches. When I log in to LIVE there's a code at the beginning 8007427c... :?:

I have no idea what this is or what it means but I think I may have to withdraw from my scheduled matches...which SUCKS because I'm on a seven match winning streak :!:

Any ideas?

I have...but nothing happened. I contacted my Internet Service Provider after I got off the phone with Xbox Support...ISP is the problem due to severe weather...but the skies are clear here. I'm about to switch providers.
