anyone know how i can get to level 20 quickest? or get the unlocks fast? really ****** off so any help would be appreciated

You have to plat at all
Once U'ill reach the level 20, you'll be able to make a player with the same level quickly

So if you try to create a new player in the player zone now it does not say you can add xp's to the player automatically?

If so you really need to play a career and build up your character until level 20. I suggest you do this on easy and super tie-break. I did it in about 2 hours once. Its seriously boring grindwork though.
