it's very difficult to plat against someone like Fognini right now, you can't develop your game, i mean you can not hit a drop shot for example because that would be like a taboo shot you know?

montanes was hitting drop shots. He just didnt play well at all when he had his chances. He was hitting the ball right to fognini who would then rip it.

Well, for Fognini the only way not to reach the balls was to move, which he couldn't. So he'd just go for the winner. And Montanes struggling to the ball anywhere but near to Fognini.

I hate broadcast rights for making me miss the 3rd set of Djokovic!

Is this the same elsewhere in the world or just in the USA?

Fognini pulls out a day before the QF.

Djokovic through to the semi finals with plenty in the tank, things looking even better for him now.

Does that mean he can't break the winning streak record at RG?

Yes it doesnt count as a win.

Like the commentator said aswell, if Djokovic had an accident in training and couldn't play, Fognini can't then say "oh actually I can play".

Why pull out so early unless you cannot walk? He probably wouldnt have done it if he wasnt due to face Novak
