I was thinking 0-13-7 or 0-14-6 with crushing passshot/diesel server. Im new to top spin so i was wondering if I could get some help or a point in direction. I believe my play style is offensive. Although since im newer i've found myself in some defensive positions often.

How much does speed matter in this game?

Pretty good, and speed maatters only a bit, not much at all...........

I disagree. I think speed is pretty important if you're planning on defending well (and I mean defending well, not just bunting the ball back short, mid-court for an easy finish). Without it you won't be getting into decent defending positions most of the time.

Yeah I play with a reasonably fast character (79 speed). I play mostly as a counter-puncher and speed is pretty important for me.

Yea this seems to be my type of play so far in TS4. My character for the rules tournament is 79spd i believe. I seemed sucessful playing last night with him. I think these rules in the new testing tournament will be successful. Although I dont like that volley, reflexes, and 1 other skill can all be 85+. Since reflexes and volley don't count for some reason. Seems like there will be lots of S&V players in this one.
