How to get +5

Hi guys,

can u tell how to get +5 in Fh or BH?? I created my first player and got like 3-4 times that option but in my second character i got that option 2 times!?!

Second character is lvl 18 now..

My FH and BH r only around 60....seems like i made much better player first time i was developing him.

You should get another option to add 5 points at level 19 or 20 (can't remember which it is).
