Strange this is brought up, the bassist in my band and I were talking about crazy videos of that sort just last week, and that came up...we both agreed it's the most brutal thing we've ever seen.
I think what was most disturbing to me was the look in the about-to-be-executed soldier's eyes when one of them looked directly into the camera as the other guys brought out the hunting knife, and they realized what was really about to happen to them
You just can't unsee stuff like that.
Yeah, it was quite brutal. I watched it with no volume too. My cousin said the sound of the knife cutting through the spine was hideous.
