Argentina's tennis history

Postby Samael » Mon, 18 Apr 2011 09:09

Hey, guys. I have a current assignment to write an article about Argentina's male tennis history(until present days). Please, any piece of information you might have, share it with me here. I m interested in the structure of Argentina's tennis Federation aswell, together with any info about the conditions for tennis in this country. Also, i'd appreciate if you can mention some names who had an imapct over the development of tennis in Argentina. Some famous quotes regarding this matter are also wellcomed. Thanks!

my advice is that you should read a book about this, you won't find anybody old enough here in itst from argentina to accurately tell the tennis history of our country.

I don't want an accurate history of tennis in your country. All i want is a bit of info about it.

Yeah he's definitely not the worst Argentine to EVER PLAY, I mean he got to a Slam final and won it, that's pretty elite company to be in no matter what you do for the rest of your career.

I do agree he's the worst Argentine to win a slam

I think he's one of the only players to get double bageled at the year-end best 8 tourney.
