More issues with WT

Was just in Seoul Open final - found an opponent then it immediately said 'you were disconnected and have been awarded a loss' how long until these issues are resolved? .. last week I was stuck searching in one and frozen in another while looking for opponent and thus knocked out of two tournaments. hmm
