Player like federer???

Hi... Plzz can anyone guide me how to create a player with stats almost exactly like federer... I mean which coaches should I hire..??? Should I develop offensive baseline style or what..Wat about defensive style Wat about serve and volley?? Where should I expend most of my xps?? Wat objectives should I complete?? And what about special events?? Plzzz guide me i m in need of help..!!!!
