Agassi would be a decent poster boy, however he never was a pure offensive base liner (especially not compared to the skills TS4 is primarily connecting to that playstyle), he didn't have a huge serve; also his game wasn't based that much on raw power but more aggressive positioning (based on one of the best foot works and insanely good hand-eye coordination) close to/at the base line, allowing him to take the balls early on. If I would need to define him based on TS4 characteristics I might end at something around 12 OBL/8 DBL.
Safin might fit better, huge server and powerful ground strokes but more often horrible foot work letting the number of unforced errors go through the roof.
If you would prefer one of the current active players, you might also think about Del Potro, Berdych, Roddick, Söderling or Tsonga.
