How to complete career?

How do I complete the career so I can get the 50000 points when I create someone new?

You must fully developed your player to level 20 to get this 50k points in create player menu but it doesn't mean you completed the career.

So with the player I'm with now who's at 15 in live world tour once I get him to level 20 I'll get the 50k bonus instantly when I create someone new?

Yes, but in career it's easier to achieve level 20 than in World Tour

Thanks. Going to do a couple hours right now to get to 20 because I'm being wasted too easily by the level 20 folks online.

I found the quickest way to earn xp was to do "first to 5" "king of the court" with my created player. Make sure you equip a coach with +20% xp perk too. I think you get about 180xp for a total of 15 points played.

Ok got my player to level 20 then try to create a new player and it didn't give me the 50k points. Anything I did wrong
