"For me that's not a real match in tennis," Verdasco said. "I hope to play soon against him in clay court to show him what it is to play tennis, and play rallies, and run, and not only serve."
btw i don't like Nando's attitude, but i understand him, i think the same every time i loose against someone with a super power serve, i can't even touch the **** ball for god's sake, that's not tennis!!! i say to myself, that being said i always respect my opponent and i keep those thoughts to myself
You've got to understand than in Spain we don't spent too much time practicing serves,(almost all our courts are clay courts), so we don't give a shit, that's not tennis for us. In North America (and probably in Northern Europe too), where almost all the players are good servers, you love aces...why? because it's spectacular...and you love action, for us it's boring.
Once again Vedasco's attitude is reprehensible, but i share his thoughts.
not trying to start an argument, i'm just giving my opinion, which i bet most of you disagree with, i respect that
PS: Didn't watch the match, and i haven't seen Raonic more than 5 min so... well i can't give my opinion on him as player

Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.
