I think most of them will be airconditioned. Not sure though. They should be though. If they let them play in 50+ degrees conditions the level of the matches will be really poor.

Im not sad the Holland/Belgium bid did not succeed by the way. It would cost us way to much money. New stadiums (that we would never be able to fill up after the WC), serious police force during the WC (travelling between host cities is very easy for hooligans cause of our small size) and much more.

And for what? I would probably not be able to visit any Holland matches anyway. Prizes would be so high. Maybe i would be able to visit Nigeria vs North Korea or something.

wow,i have to say the stadions are looking real awesome . nice.

i really hope the players can handle the weather conditions .
mean also with conditioning its hard to play .

in EUROPE everyone is calling the FIFA is corrupt to give the WORLDCUPto QUATAR and RUSSIA.
i can only agree with this voices -to give the WC to this 2 countrys is more than a bad joke!!
,its a political decision (to grow up new markets ),and not a sport decision.

oil + gas dollars counts more here than sports interrests .

SLICER ,i´m really scared too about to see boring matches (hot weather -less atmosphere)
you ever saw sheiks singing and dancing for their team ?
i´m really shocked to see the WC starts in QUATAR

EDIT

this would be indeed a problem

so you can earn a ticket.
i can remember me how difficult it was to got a ticket to watch a match by WC in GERMANY 2006 . also for a match like NORTH COREA vs. NIGERIA .
it was really hardcore difficult to earn a ticket !

confirm with all the problems i would prefer to see the worldcup in BELGIUM/NETHERLAND than in RUSSIA .

mean the WC2018 in RUSSIA is not so a bad location than the WC 2022 in QUATAR . but by far not so good than the WC would start in england ,spain/portugal or dutch/belgium

beside that its totally stupid to give the WC to a land in the dessert ,germany have a idear for the WC 2022 in QUATAR .

coz summer in QUATAR is way to hot to play football ,the idear is to change the WC in the winter .
than in QUATAR are only 20-25 grad celsius .
what you think about ??

A WC lasts about 2 months (teams preparing and the actual matches). At least its a better idea then holding it in the summer. But would you like having your competition stopped for 2 months? Players will come back tired and your competitors would not have that burden so much cause perhaps less of their players had been called up.

now i know why Russia won bid to host 2018 World Cup..... Natalia Vodianova (top model) helped the russian delegation to get it...in Spain we use to say "tirán más dos tetas que dos carretas" 8) , don't know if there's a proper translation for that expression in english...anyway i found this "Beauty draws more than five yoke of oxen.".......btw my vote would have gone for Russia too hahahaha

If she showed up in the first outfit, then they got my vote right then and there.

Does anybody know why Zidane helped Qatar get the World Cup, Im not sure of any connection between them?

i saw right now a short tv report about the worldcup in QUATAR 2022.

alcoholic drinks are definitifly forbidden during the WC. this also counts for beer

EDIT 7.12.2010:
franz beckenbauer (fifa member)bring up this ""WC2022 in winter"" idear to the FIFA -and the FIFA say NO !!
so the WC starts by 45grad celsius in summer

WC 2018

Postby FranciscoCagao » Sat, 11 Dec 2010 01:06

I cannot believe , how USA losses to Qatar ?

And how Russia Russia won the World Cup in 2018 ?

Omg , for me the top seed for the WC2018 were Spain/Portugal and maybe England but no .
I still cannot believe in this , I think the polls are unfair .

Sorry for my English .
