who else is playing the call of duty series on VETERAN difficulty?

I completed WaW on Veteran difficulty, and never again would I play a CoD game on Veteran because it's a waste of time! The computer cheats

how you mean ? in which way the computer cheats?

The AI keeps respawning, grenade spams etc. I know you have to push forward to stop them respawning. There were a few levels that playing on Veteran just wasn't fun for me.

i had not this problem ,so i can say not much about this .

i personelly like it to play cod on veteran -
its a awesome feeling when you have finished a level on veteran !!
plus to earn the veteran level achievments points

Honestly, I never played story mode - only online. I get bored quickly unless there are other people involved.

Well....obviously other members of your party suck, so the system doing you a favor really.


BTW - the game is GREAT! The guns are extremely balanced! The frag grenades are less powerful - no more spamming. The only problem so far - they have killed the whole sniper class. It is extremely hard to play it now.....weapons lowered in power and far less sniping spots.

Favourite gun at the minute is the Ak74u with grip and silencer. also liking the FAL, FAMAS and L96 sniper. Secondaries i like the makarov, knife launcher and crossbow, which i havent unlocked yet but have picked up. I usually use lightweight, slight of hand and hacker.

phhhhhhssss AK74 - all the noobs use it Seriously, a very popular gun, but I prefer silenced MPL with Steady aim perk. It has the best iron sights too - if you need to to use it.

From assault rifles: GALIL all the way. Great iron sights, large magazine. Very mobile and maneuverable. I like it with Extended Mags and Sleigh of hand perk.

Shotguns, its all about silenced SPAS-1. Period. OLYMPIA is the best looking one thou

STONER63 rules the light machine category for me....but you have to use extended mags on it. I think this is the only gun that doubles your magazine capacity to 60. It has a VERY fast fire rate, so on a regular mag you will find yourself reloading after each kill.....and sometimes this means death.

L96A1 for sniper. The only bolt action rifle, love it.

I have a crossbow as a secondary on all kits but the sniper one. On sniper I have the CZ75 with full auto.

have you unlocked the commando, i hear thats good? agreed with the L96. Shame there aren't many true 'sniping' maps however.

Comando is great all around. But a bit bulky for my taste. Less maneuverable.

Snipping Maps: Array, Cracked, Crisis, Havana, Jungle, Villa, WMD.

All are great for Snipers, real sniping, not camp-sniping

To me, a real sniper with multiple targets MUST move after each kill. I never bought these so-called snipers with Claymore or Tactical insertion, that insist on staying in one spot for multiple kills. That is not sniping, that is camping.

What I do is I take a shot/kill and if 5-10 seconds later no one is in sight - I move to a different spot. I try to have 2-3 favorite spots and move from 1 to 2 to 3 after each kill.

Try MPL silenced with Rapid fire. I love it currently

I am starting to think that G11 is basically the best weapon. The only weak spot is really close range. Got damn this gun feels good! ...its an M16 on steroids.

I played for an hour yesterday with it, then switched back to Comando and Galil and they felt a level below in each category.

you mean the campaign??? first option above multiplayer......but you must be talking about something else. it can't be you didn't find it
