I still see xx ITST xx under the members. Was he not banned for this?

For the record...

After he was removed from play at all Wimbledon tournaments - and after his winning results were reversed - he was issued a warning. In short, if he does it again, he will be banned from the site.

Because he was not allowed to enter challengers with his second account, he reclaimed his old "the golf man" account. He did however then change his name to xx ITST xx. His original xx ITST xx account was disabled.
