LMAO

But seriously, i left nadal-almagro at 7-6 7-6, and just as melz-joker was going into the 5th, i went bowling. I thought nadal would take it, and melzer would fade in the 5th, but fair play! Novak has great talent but need to become less brittle.

yeah i´m happy too, Stosur deserved the win and about Serena....i can´t stand her arrogance

I can't stand any of the screamers. Really. I wouldn't say hate, but it's darn close to it. When Serena hit the winner for second set, and screamed, I got pissed off for at least two reasons (she won the set and it sounded like she shit her pants after being constipated for quite some time).

Even thinking about it makes me angry... :P

Some hours ago i had a talk with 2 good friends about Roland Garros. One of them is gonna bet 100 Euro Söderling will take the championship.

He said:

"I bet Söderling will do it like our fellow countryman Michael Stich in Wimbledon 1991."

I guess many of you can t remember this, but for me as a german (and Stich fan) it is simply unforgetable.

Stich was Nr. 6 seeded (Söderling is 7) and played the tournament of his life. He was in a - like we in german says - "Überform" (Overform) and won the championship.
In the quarterfinals, he met Nr. 4 seeded Jim Courier. He met him 4 weeks before in the semi of Roland Garros and lost in 4 sets. He beat him in 3.
In the semi, he defeated Nr. 1 seed titledefender Stefan Edberg in 4, who did not lost 1 service game during the whole tournament.
In the final, he won against 3 times champion Becker in 3 sets.

QF: Stich - Courier: 6-3 7-6 6-2
SF: Stich - Edberg: 4-6 7-6 7-6 7-6
F: Stich - Becker: 6-4 7-6 6-4

Can Söderling be like Stich in Wimbledon 1991? What do you think...

I'm always in überform... 8)

I for one hope that he repeats Michael Stichs performance in -91. I was actually about to bet in Söderlings favour for the Federer match but the odds were only 4.55. Not enough reward for something that seemed a bit risky.

What's the odds for him winning the title?

Elena got injured at 3-2 in the tie break.

That's why she started hitting those um...lovely drop shots towards the end of that. And while she was leaving the court she started tearing up  While Francesca decided that was the perfect time to celebrate.

Whoever wins the next Semi-Final please DESTROY her!!!

I like Dementieva a lot, and I don't think Schiavone meant any disrespect or anything... She was just excited to be winning.
But yeah, I hope Stosur RUINS everyone from here on, always liked her and she's already beaten 2 favorites, it's only fair.
