But I would say that it's a well preserved 33 in that there's hardly any serious miles on that odometer. I mean when was the last time that he took any type of serious punishment. It's never really happened.
If age is a strong criteria then Manny at 31 is not exactly a spring chicken either.
For me this fight is just too close to call.
At first I thought like you that PBF will be too clever and just too slick to get caught with many solid shots. And that he'll probably pick his spots and counter and basically pot shot Pacquiao.
But then you've also got to take into account the speed that Pacquiao brings to this contest. He's got lightning fast hands and his reactions are probably on a par with Mayweather. His punches also pack serious power, and also throw into the mix the fact that he's coming at Floyd from the southpaw stance at maybe different angles than Mayweather is usually used to. Also the tendency that Floyd has to pull back from punches is something that I can easily see Pac-Man fully exploiting.
So man I just don't know.
I'm thinking Mayweather one minute and then I'm not.
