Hi ITST,

I'm a pretty regular poster on a boxing website, and they have this system called "vcash" where each board members gets say, 1000 vcash, and they can use this to gamble on boxing matches and other sporting events. You can see the odds and its all for a little fun and 'bragging rights' of having the most cash, so the most right picks.

could this or something like it be implemented on ITST?

You're a boxing fan? :D
You never mentioned it before. I mean I thought over here it was pretty much just myself, GOA and jayl0ve that posted in GOA's thread and were interested in boxing/UFC related topics.

well, Niten Doraku is also into fighting. But yeah basically you're right, we seem to be the only people here who are into watching guys beat the crap out of each other.

We should start an ITST fight club; meet up once a year and wail on each other

You mean this one? http://www.eastsideboxing.com/

If so, that's a great source of information. Dunno so much about the forums, though. I mean the few times I've checked them out I sorta got the impression that most discussions degenerate into one bitch fest after another. So I've never bothered signing up there.

sounds intense

@ VillaJ100,

so what are your thoughts on Pacquaio v Mayweather?
I mean the fight should happen (possibly later this year?) now that the Pac-Man has accepted the olympic type blood testing demanded by Mayweather.
so in your opinion, who wins the fight?

Yeah those really are the sorts of threads.

I think mayweather is too good, and will win on points maybe 116-112. i'd expect a knockdown or two though.

Mayweather fights for points from the judges. He's gonna find those points really really hard to come by when he's simply running away from iPacquiao for almost 40 minutes.

p.s- totally did not mean to type 'iPacquiao' but I'm gonna leave it

I think mayweather is a bit too slick for pacquiao, however time isn't really on mayweathers side, his fighting style relies on speed and agility and at 33 he won't be able to keep that up for more than a couple of years.
