yeah...this threw me off big time.

BTW - please do report anything that is against the rules, like stepping on the line and crossing the line while retruning.

I have seen it a lot lately on botgh tours, Xbox and PS3.

ALL return proccess must be done behind the line. At no point you can cross, step , touch the line during the retrun. If you are using strokes that push your player forward, then compensate by standing a bit further back.

Yeah, you can play each other

unfortunatly, he didn't break the rules. or did he??

When rules are broken, then replay is possible.

i had a similar experience and u can say to the host that he has broken the rules, and the host will say u, "ok, we will advice him about this, and we´ll say him that he doesn´t do it in the future", but please, talk with the host, your complaint can help to the next player that plays with stoichkov.

He would have to be wondering why he has won his first tournament and beaten some good players. Also I'm assuming people msg'd him. If he doesn't browse forum people could just lie and say it against rules to excessively risk slice.

Risk Slice

Postby NEUTRONOStar » Mon, 12 Apr 2010 14:58

Hi All

Petrelli83 has explained to me what and what i cant do in regards to R2 risk slice. So now i am learning to adapt my game and in training to do so for fair play with ITST rules. L2 is okay apparently but not every shot so now i am learning to adapt to L1 L2 & R1 using only R2 & L1 on serve. Sure it hasnt been easy so i have stopped playing WT for a moment to concentrate on re learning my strokes.

I created my first sim the other day i must admit i am hooked on Sim allready as i use him every time for practice at the moment Lol.

Will be in training for a while as the adaption will take some time to perfect so will see you guys in tournament when i know i am ready as i am not coming to play with my pants down

Can some one tell me if ITST have any paraphernalia which we can order clothing hats etc.

PS Ovhij Rocks

L2 slice is perfectly fine because it isn't overpowered, the only thing we consider cheesy is R2 slice, you can use L2 slice however much you want because unlike any slice using R2 it behaves like a real slice would, as a defensive shot. And it's quite attackable when not used properly just like a real slice.

NEUTRONOStar welcome!

You can add me on PSN if you need practice.

What we basically "try" and do here at ITST is emulate the real tennis....as far as the game called TS3 allows us.

The principle is to win or lose in a tennis like match. In fact, many of us are very effective cheesers (me including) but we all choose to play as realistic as possible and simply abandon some of the games glitches.

Its great that you got hooked on SIM already, this is the deepest tour as far as game play and level of play.....no one is safe at any moment of the tournament....everything is wide open!
