Recovery depends on your strokes - NOT speed. Higher strokes will recover faster and will be ready to run for the next shot faster. Recovery also depends on your stroke animation. Be sure to chose the ones with big back swing and short follow thru.
do u think there r stroke animation better than others?that r better for bishop game?
Bishop, if used correctly - is absolutely lethal. His serve maybe a liability, but there are plenty of work around for that. I actually prefer the slower serving now. I think by not using R2 on serve and learning to serve with L2 only - you will be able to recover quicker for that risk return. I have tried it, it works. Now mix your regular serving and ....waaaallllyaa!

djarvik wrote:hmmm....If you like L2+R2 returns then Try stroke C on FH and Stroke C on double handed BH.
You will need to watch your return positioning as these strokes put you 1 step forward and you might end up crossing the lines on return. But if you like to be aggressive on returns....nothing beats them for me.
For wide serve returns, best strokes for FH are Nadal's stroke and Stroke F.
For BH - Any 1H BH is great....but B I think is the best for wide serves. 2H BH are simply not good returning wide serves....but the best one would be B I think.
