Agreed. I think the verdict is pretty clear at this point.

We have some ideas, but I'd like to hear some suggestions.

I would say the SIM height limit would be pretty acceptable in my opinion (6'5''), I mean if it can be used in SIM why not in MS? As far as the weight goes I think it should be a bit more lenient. I think a lot of the guys in sim are pretty anorexic overall!

Example: 6'5'', 165lbs that would be one skinnnnnyyyy dude. Maybe add something like a 230ish limit to people of such an extreme height? I don't know really I'd be cool with whatever you guys want but I think that would be a good benchmark for the height.

I could argue but that woud be looong.
I propose 199 cm for 90 Kilos max.
But i'm no fool ; That's a huge and drastic restriction, i'm aware of it.

i like your idear .i will only add linedancing !!
normally i planed not to post again in this thread but i couldn´t resist
okay here my thoughts
1; RULE
no linedancing during serve !!
that means not ,to move your player into position for a return .no no no thats okay, nothing to say about ,
linedancing ,that means dancing on line to left right left right left right left right left right left right right left right left during opponent is serving!!!

Image like this monkey

2; RULE
A limit for height : 199 cm - 6.5 ft

3: RULE
A limit for weight : 90-95 kg -198 lb - 209 lb

:!: :!: :!: :!:

BTW:i have forgotten one more thing ,
maybe we can integrate a rule (maybe unwritten?)about fast serving??? .
some player like to serve directly without let bouncing the ball.so you have no chance to got in position to return .
so minimum one ballbounce will be good - that the opponent have a chance to move in position for returning.
sounds fair for me .just my thoughts

If you're gonna go on that line dancing ramble then you need to address the Roddick serve. It creates a glitch in itself which takes away your ability to get into position, so if you're gonna take away the dance (the best way to get mobility against serve D), then you better add a clause that makes them have to bounce like 3 times.

Honestly I don't think either needs to be a rule, though. I know that I personally have much more of an issue with a dude quickly using the roddick serve than a guy dancing while I'm serving.

im not sure about the roddick serve? ive never seen anything wrong with it. (and i dont use it) seemes kinda dumb to have a rule that you have to bounce the ball

I'd rather forbid the roddick serve than having a "rule" about bouncing the ball.
There is no problem with all the other serve animations

If someone is using the Roddick serve, it naturally makes it difficult for you to move pre-serve (trying to get into position for return). This is a known phenomenon which is probably in all reality some sort of glitch. So when people are using this serve quickly it naturally makes it really hard to stand a chance. I'm not sure if this is in conjunction with a high serve rating or not, because I once used the Roddick serve and never really noticed, but now I TOTALLY do.

Anyway, to me I'm not a huge dancer by any means but when I play against serve D I will definitely move a lot more pre-serve just to make sure I can get that stride to my return by time he serves. Hopefully this makes sense. I don't really think anything needs to be banned honestly, I just think it would be ridiculous to make people sitting ducks to a quick D serve.
