Djarvik. I am the captain and organizer of this event. I got Rob's approval after he ensured that this can be done again (despite the crash of the events last year for Top Spin 2 and DMT combined).

So, here I am. Yippie decided to help me with the pms, and I am getting a lot of feedback from the emails and MSN. Great work all-around though. I think we will have 8 teams in no time!!

But we still need to pick who is going to be the Team USA Captain. We can't have you both a Captain and Organizer of the even and a Team Captain....that is not fair to you....to much work. I think you should concentrate on the event as a whole...and someone else will concentrate on the team. Agree?

No. That is what I meant. I am just recruiting for the teams. That only took two days. I worked on the emails and MSN portion and Yippie did or is doing the pms.

So, all I have to do now is wait for Slicer or Rob to create the draw.

As you see, I put my name down as team captain for United States. I did this recruitment work since 2005 onward. The most recent was last year with Dragos for Top Spin 2 and Dream Match Tennis.

Once that was done, we put the rest in management's hand. Hehe. So, I am fine with being the team captain. That is what I meant. The recruiting work is almost completed (2-23-10 to 2-25-10). Geogeopee is okay with me being the team captain as well.

Q, I slept on it and came to the conclusion that I can't let you do it. I simply will not be able to go on with my life knowing that you are basically doing everything for Davis cup, it is extremely unfair to you, you have your own life to worry about and the added burden of being a team captain to your existing role of captain and organizer of the event is too much.

As a friend, I will not let you heart yourself and the take the valuable time away from your family.

So, I hereby proclaim myself the Captain of the USA Team.

Djarvik. Why are you being so difficult? Before we had teams, Yippie and I already considered ourselves of being captains for the team.

It was never different to conclude this. If I there were no recruitment, we would not even be having this conversation.

Geo also wants me to be captain of the team. Why? He saw that I organized the event. It has always been the same (Top Spin 1, Top Spin 2, and Dream Match tennis). GEO's decision of me being captain for United States:
