the davis cup is starting in less than two weeks, what are we planning for that week, a challenger? please no, don't we have the teams already? i know there are about few players missing but we must start it anyways plz..let's just confirm the player's list and make the draw now..
then its gonna be too late to start and we'll have to wait for another year...

last year we had already formed the teams! but there missing just a few people for brazil for example which only had two members instead of three, c'mon lets play it anyways..

That was a lot of recruiting Dragos and I did. I am not sure if 50-75% of them will want to play anymore.

I am sorry. I did that last year for it not to start. I am a bit discouraged, to be honest with you. LOL. A similar thing happened with the Davis Cup for Top Spin 2.

of course they are not gonna be interested if we tell them we're gonna play the davis cup and then we dont do nothing, if we put a signup for the tournament after some recruitment, then they're gonna be interested..

The problem was not with the recruitment, it was with getting the matches played.
Like we did really good with DMT, but some nations who showed interest to play did not come through.
So, the work others and myself put into the recruitment and grouping went down the tubes.
It is okay. It was not like I did not want to help out.
I just hate to do it again and nothing happens (because of lack of interest from the members after most of the nations are ready to play). That is all. Get me?

How many teams did you manage last time you tried?
It looks like you should be able to get 12-14 teams. If you take into account that some are no longer playing, 8 should still be feasible.

Yea Rob. I understand. I just don't want it to fall. It was hard to face two blows with the Top Spin 2 and DMT flopping last year. 
Yes. There were 17 teams recruited by Dragos and myself for Dream Match Tennis. I am sure we got help from others who read our pms as well.
